We Asked: Can You Spot the Trans Athlete?

Last week marked the 50th anniversary of Title IX, a monumental statute that provided equal rights and access for women within federally funded educational institutes and extracurriculars activities by, among other things, outlawing sex-based discrimination. On this auspicious occasion, the Biden administration proposed to expand Title IX to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity,” adding fuel to an already hotly debated topic: Should transgender athletes compete in women’s sports?

Daily Signal Reporter Douglas Blair asked attendees of the Our Bodies, Our Sports rally in Washington, D.C., whether they could tell the difference between a biological male and female in a new segment called “Find the Man.”
