1) T4 is made by the thyroid (Tyrosine and 4 molecules of Iodine) and most people are LOW in iodine! I believe every person who ever had breast cancer is low in iodine! Iodine is NEEDED for metabolization, so enjoy iodine! (NOT iodized salt, don’t even get me going on that…)
2) WATER 2 quarts of water by 2 pm
3) Avoid Sugar, Starches, Grains and Dairy
4) Exercise, just MOVE the lymph
5) Eat between noon and 8pm!
