[ Donbass Front ] Entire Ukraine's line north of Severodonetsk in Luhansk is broken

Large portion of territory north of Severodonetsk has fallen to the Luhansk People's Republic - Russian forces. If all the other unmarked territory is under Russian control - Luhansk is effectively 90% "liberated".
