[ Donbass Front ] Humanitarian Updates; Mariupol evacuation resumes on a reroute from Nikolske

After the Mariupol evacuation seemed to be dead on arrival after the Mariupol city council unilaterally postponed the evacuation - the Ukrainian govt announced that the humanitarian corridor is open again and evacuation will be carried out today, on mostly the same route, but with a reroute away from Nikolske (probably due to fighting).
