[ Battle of Izyum ] Russian forces captures the northern half of Izyum; south separated by river

Progress reported by Russian sources, that the Russian forces had captured the northern half of Izyum. The Ukrainian forces retreat across the Siverskyi Donets River into the southern half of the city.

Update (not in video): Russian forces had crossed the Siverskyi Donets River into the southern half of the city.
