Peace in Libya? Haftar is FINISHED!

Could Hillary's war in Libya finally be coming to and end? I'm doubtful about the long term prospects at this point, but this ceasefire is an important step in the right direction. What is clear at this stage however is that would be strongman Khalifa Haftar has been exposed as WEAK!
