How much is my home worth? People always want to know how much their home is worth. The BEST way to know is to have a Realtor perform a CMA (comparative market analysis), but homeowners often don’t want to bother a Realtor with that if they aren’t serious about selling. So then they go to Zillow for a Zestimate. That is a good start but doesn’t tell the whole story. There is an option that falls in the middle - not as good as a CMA but better than a Zestimate.
