75 °C/ 167°F - 10 min - Mash Out

60 min - Northdown - 8.2% (29 IBU)
10 min - Fuggle - 5.2% (5 IBU)
10 min hopstand @ 80 °C 10 min - Fuggle - 5.2% (1 IBU)
