9 minute Guided Meditation for Releasing Suppressed Emotions
Take some time in the morning or evening to sit back and relax, and focus on releasing emotions that may lead to anxiety, stress and anger. I use the iceberg analogy and imagery to enable you to visualize your emotions at the point of where they sit, and where you can guide them.
You can either close your eyes, or keep your eyes open throughout this meditation. I have designed this meditation to invoke a deeper understanding of suppressed emotions, and how to release them…
