Welcome to another episode of #WWFuquan, a behind-the-scenes walk-through series dedicated to showing the before, during, and after process of property restorations, providing you with insights into the work that goes into this arduous (yet rewarding) process.

In today’s episode, we get to see the progress of this single family home from a gutted empty property, to the 1800 sqft addition, and renovation.
Fuquan visits the property four times in this episode. Several challenges come up through the course of the renovation including water damage that was discovered, a room that didn’t have an egress window, a delay in the start of the project because they had to change the drawings to reflect changes to the foundations, and having to wait for approval on a variance to make adjustments to the front porch of the house. Each delay adds costs, taxes, and can start cutting into your bottom line.
