As per the indication one of our subscriber, we came across to this unique Noodle factory (Mie Lethek Garuda), where they produce the famous Mie lethek in the very traditional way. Yes, they even use cow. It's located is Bantul, Yogyakarta. We were happy to visit the factory and get to know a bit more about the history and the ingredients, as we love Mie Lethek.
The workers they were very nice and surprised as no foreigners ever walk in :)
If you are around Yogyakarta we recommend you to visit this place, Pabrik Mie lethek Garuda, is something very different from what we usually know about factories.
