Send this to anyone who doesn't understand how Federal Laws are created and who can create them.

State Legislatures create State Laws that are signed by Governors.

Governors, Secretaries of State, Supreme Courts, government agencies, etc cannot make laws. That's why the 2020 Presidential election can be overturned in several States by SCOTUS. The above mentioned who made their own election laws/rules to cheat never had the authority to do so. We know who they are.

Presidents and Governors can sign Executive Orders.

SCOTUS can uphold or overturn laws but they cannot create them. Neither can judges.

Sad how many Americans on both sides have no idea how things work around here.
