How to Make a Delicious Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole is a great way to make a lot of food to use immediately or throughout the week. Meat, eggs and potatoes; not sure you need much more. I use it for breakfast through out my work week as 1 casserole makes about 8 servings. Give it a try and let us know what yo think.
