Supreme Court Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. 'concurred' on the Roe v Wade decision. Andrew Napolitano (Former NJ Superior Court Judge) tells Eric Bolling that Judge Roberts "...now agrees that Roe was wrong when it was decided and that it's wrong today. He thinks the court went too far by sending the cases back. (By sending abortion back to the states), He would have retained jurisdiction and allowed the federal courts to resolve it." ... "I think the Chief is torn here Eric.  His concurrence really makes very little sense. Some of our colleagues are reporting this as a 6 to 3 decision. Because he did vote to strike down Roe v Wade. But it's really not. He's somewhere in the middle. And he's trying to have it both ways."
