Foster Needed for "Shirley"

"Shirley" came to us from Manitoba back in March. She's still a bit shy but nowhere near as shy as when she first came here. We are looking for a foster for her. The foster would need to visit with her a few times at the shelter so she can get used to them. We're hoping this will help make the transition easier.
