ABC 1962 Color ID Color Test Signal or Color Presentation? (91120A)

This could be one of the greatest internet conundrums since Laurel and Yanny. This one comes from the 1962 ABC Color Ident. The announcer mentions that the program is broadcast in color. But there's some confusion as to whether he's saying "color presentation" or "color test signal". Don't forget, color television was brand new at the time. So this bumper may have been used to test the color capacity of new TV sets at the time. Plus, it depends on what side of the brain is processing what the person is saying.
