#30 Bourbon INFINITY Bottle

On this episode of Life and Whiskey, we explore my bourbon infinity bottle. This bottle was created by blending portions of all the bourbons in my budget whiskey series plus a few others. Traditionally, an infinity bottle is made by combining the last pour from several bottles, into one bottle. then you let it sit and meld. over time as you continue to finish bottles, you continue to add the last pours, so on, and so on, into infinity...hence the name. This can also be done with neck pours while starting bottles, or any other time or volume you see fit to add to a bottle. Often the sum is greater than its parts and you will have an ever changing bottle of bliss.
