French activist in Russia protests shelling of civilians in Donetsk by French CAESAR artillery

Baptiste Quetier, a French activist living in Russia, held a one-man protest in front of the French consulate in St. Petersburg on Nevsky Prospect.

"We found out that the Ukrainian army, with the help of French instructors, was using CAESAR missiles to bombard the city centre of Donetsk and the Donbass. It's shameful!"
