Today I want to share the top foods for your teeth and gums. We’re also going to talk about why these foods are so good to help support your oral health.
The best vitamins for your teeth and gums:
1. Vitamin A
A vitamin A deficiency can lead to:
• Gingivitis
• Periodontitis
2. Vitamin C
A vitamin C deficiency can lead to:
• Loose teeth
• Bleeding gums
3. Vitamin B1
Vitamin B1 may help with:
• Nerve pain
• Toothaches
4. Vitamins D, K2, and F
• Vitamin D supports calcium absorption
• Vitamin K2 transports calcium to the teeth
• Vitamin F helps push calcium into the tissues
