Reaction To New York Giants Week 1 Loss vs Pittsburgh Steelers

The New York Giants lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football, 26-16. Quarterback Daniel Jones threw two touchdowns and two interceptions, running back Saquon Barkley rushed for six yards on 15 carrries, and wide receiver Darius Slayton caught two touchdown passes. Tight end Evan Engram struggled, catching just two passes for nine yards. The Giants offensive line (Andrew Thomas, Will Hernandez, Nick Gates, Kevin Zeitler, and Cam Fleming) struggled. Linebacker Blake Martinez led the Giants with 12 tackles. Defensive lineman Leonard Williams had a sack as did fellow lineman Dexter Lawrence. James Bradberry allowed a touchdown but also had two passes defended with a forced fumble.
