Orchids are easy to grow when the conditions are perfect. Maxillaria tenuifolia love the intermediate temperatures in Southern Spain. I would go so far as to say that, if I did not fertilize my Maxillaria tenuifolia, it would still grow, maybe not as many blooms, but it would do well. Maxillaria tenuifolia is a wonderful houseplant for anyone who cannot grow it outdoors all year round.
