Racism is a HOT TOPIC🔥
In fact, it's the Latest and Overused Weapon of Mass Destruction.

We can all point to another person and accuse them of being a (Fill in the blank).
But what happens when we overuse a significant and sacred term or word. That term and phrase lose the value and impact it can have. The result our stories connect with those who agree with us and understand what we are saying. However, those we need our message to land with are never going to hear it. So our words have NO IMPACT!!

So how do we use words to build us back up rather than break us apart?
