US Drought Monitor Hoax Exposed

Ever wonder how the US Drought Monitor is determined? Hint: It has very little to do with rainfall measurements. A look into the US website devoted to drought, Drought.gov, tells us that there are dozens of “indicators,” including things that have nothing to do with drought at all.
