Hiking Liberty Mountain 1971 Trail in Lynchburg Virginia Part 6, March 25

Getting back to Liberty Mountain let's see what the 0.6 mile 1971 Trail looks like! This trail is a very senic, pleasent hike that I highly recommend. It ran into Monogram Road where you can pick from 3 or 4 trails to continue hiking such as Cut Em Off Pass. If you continue on 1971 you do enter a fairly steep climb. After being lost for a while we hit an old friend Raptor Run which is not much fun to hike. From there it was just exploring and hiking back.
