Road markings for hunting's victims on Tour de France 2021

On the route of the 4th stage of the 2021 cyclist Tour de France, we could notice inscriptions on the road. These inscriptions read "Justice for Fred and all the victims of hunting".
But who is this Fred?
He is an activist who wanted to peacefully testify of the ignominy of hunting with hounds and who on February 16, 2019 was very violently assaulted by hunters with hounds when he was simply arriving at the meeting place of these hunters who were about to begin their hellish pursuit of an innocent animal, the potential victim of the day. Frédéric received numerous blows when he was forcibly removed from the vehicle in which he had arrived. Later in the day, he will collapse as a result of this beating by the hunters and will be 2 weeks in a coma then months in a convalescent establishment. Fred saw his life turn upside down that day and he will never find a normal life again.
So for these heinous acts, justice must do its job and punish as it should the author(s) perfectly identified of this terrible aggression.
