Flying Anomaly I … timelapse

I have an anomaly I cannot account for. I have a time lapse video taken with a camera that I recently installed. There’s an object that for all the world appears to slowly launch from the region of my front yard up into the heavens. 
When I say “slowly“ it is in relation to the speed you see the terrestrial vehicles move. It goes by in a blip between 23:19-23:22.
From the aspect of another camera that was not at timelapse, it happened to record an event unassociated but at the end of the same timeframe, and at normal speed. I will upload that separately in flying anomaly II
