The game of life is a game of focus and attention. The ultimate goal is to keep your attention on the things and experiences you want to create. This means paying zero attention to anything that isn't something you want to experience. We are focusing beings. We create our experiences through focus. We shape our world by our dominant thoughts. This is why it's so important to be discriminating about where we put our attention.
