The right to abortion is NOT in the Constitution

For 200 years, the Constitution said nothing about abortion. And then in 1973, the Court decided that rights have emanations, those emanations cast penumbras, and in the penumbras cast from the emanations we find the right to privacy. Today, the decision was returned to the voters.
