Taste test of this real food protein drink, the Redcon1 MRE Protein Shake Strawberry Shortcake

In this review I'm trying out the strawberry shortcake or food protein shake from Redcon1. I always enjoy their Whole Foods protein selection as their bars and protein powders taste really good so does the protein shakes that they have. I really like the strawberry flavour in this and it kind of taste like a strawberry cake somewhere similar to a strawberry shortcake in a liquid form. I don't normally go for strawberry flavour protein but this one was actually very tasty and I would get it again. This drink has 40 g of protein and 160 cal make it a pretty good protein shake.
