How to connect the Marshall Jmp-1 with the Cuvave/M-Vave Chocolate Midi Controller

Here's how I manage to controll the JMP-1 patches with the Chocolate Midi:

I'm using channel 1 for all JMP-1's patches

Patch 0: Foot A - Channel 1 PC 0 0
Patch 1: Foot B - Channel 1 PC 1 0
Patch 2: Foot C - Channel 1 PC 2 0
Patch 3: Foot D - Channel 1 PC 3 0
