Defunding Seattle Police Happens! Council overrides Mayor Veto I Seattle Real Estate Podcast

The Seattle City Council voted 7-1 to override Mayor Durkan's veto defunding Seattle police. This overriding vote counts toward the remainder of the 2020 year budget. About 100 police positions will be eliminated and other assorted changes made.
