Mini-Truck (SE07 E10) Mini catches on FIRE! Jeffro's estate cleanup job, a bunch of Junk, treasure?

Took a ride to see Jeffro and where he is doing a cleanup job at a place where someine passed away. Mini caught on fire from mice in the heater box, luckily it went out, no fire extinguisher!
