Having trouble falling asleep? Instead of counting sheep, count your blessings. There's no better time to raise your vibration than to focus on all the things you love and appreciate about your life. This is the best time to think of all the blessings you have in your life. When you sleep, the conscious mind communicates with our subconscious mind and delivers messages (in the form of feelings). The subconscious mind then carries out the wishes of the conscious mind in an automatic way.
