What we know so far
At least 10 people were killed and three injured during a mass shooting at a Buffalo, New York, grocery story Saturday afternoon, according to the city's police commissioner.
The shooting is being investigated as a hate crime, the FBI said.
The suspect was arraigned on a charge of murder in first degree Saturday evening, a district attorney said.
