Revolutionary leftists such as Antifa in America are funded by 'dark money' groups (often European) that facilitate civil unrest. Here we see someone paid to place propane tanks on a street that could ostensibly be used to throw into burning storefronts, heat up, and explode. Other videos show large piles of bricks left in riot hot zones, which encourage rioters to use the bricks to break windows.
