Over 100 million eligible voters did not cast a ballot in the 2016 presidential election. In this week's segment, James examines findings from the 100 Million Project, which is a study commissioned by The Knight Foundation to understand why people don’t vote, with the goal of discussing and answering questions like:

a) why don't more Americans vote?
b) is it the responsibility of the party or candidate to earn a vote, or is it the responsibility of the citizens to cast a vote?
c) do the two major parties (Democrats and Republicans) even want to increase the voter turnout?
