Fire Erupts at Russian Oil Refinery after Alleged Drone Strike

The blaze at the oil refinery in Russia’s Rostov region has been contained, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

The refinery is located some 10km from the Ukrainian border controlled by LPR.
