Good morning, my friends!🌞🖐 Let's do a warm-up workout to energize the whole day!
It's not too intense, still stretches your body with long movements.

No Equipment necessary, no breaks and not much space needed. If you need a break - take it!⏰

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

Workout plan:
✅ 10 Exercises
✅ 30 sec. WORK
✅ No REST

Only 5 minutes of work. I'm sure you can do it! 🌿
