REPORTER: “Sammy Chapman was 16 years old in high school when a drug dealer offered him a menu of prescription drugs on Snapchat and delivered it to his doorstep.”

CHAPMAN: “Our son got what he thought was a pharmaceutical delivered to him at night, after we were asleep, as easily as ordering a pizza. We went up to our son’s room and found him in what they call the fentanyl death pose.”
