Cyberpunk 2077 - Well That Could Have Gotten Awkward

Regina likes to catch cyberpsycho's alive to try and get them sorted while also learning the cause of the psychosis. So naturally knocking them out would be the better option, but it could get awkward if you knock them out, tell her it's done, only for her to show up (or who ever picks them up) and find a drone parked on the victim. Fortunately the drone landed next to them. Though I wouldn't have put it past the game to have registered that as a kill given the countless bugs it has.
