Orange County Commissioners Discuss Regulating 1st Amendment

Orange County Commissioners are initiating regulating gatherings at schools, playgrounds and private property near schools due to students allegedly being harmed. However the incident that spawned this propsed ordinance did not even take place on school property and no children were harmed at any protest taking place at or near schools. Is this the action of subversion to slowly eat away at our rights until we have none left? Is it the work of individuals who have an intolerance for dissident voices? Who are the individuals behind this initiative that Commissioner Hamilton is working with?
