Ice Harbor Lock and Dam is a hydroelectric, concrete gravity dam on the Snake River in Walla Walla and Franklin counties in the US state of Washington. The dam is located 8 miles (13 km) northeast of the city of Burbank and 12 miles (19 km) east of Pasco. Its name comes from a small bay on the river where boats used to dock to wait for the ice floes to break up.

Next to the hydroelectric plant there is a stone with petroglyphs carved by the Indians who lived in this region. This structure today constitutes a memorial to the Indians who inhabited this region.
