A "sensitive" question about the right to bear arms

If the Supreme Court strikes down New York's "may issue" carry laws in the coming days, anti-gun politicians and the gun control lobby are working to get a backup plan in place: banning the carrying of firearms in many publicly accessible areas by calling them "sensitive places" off-limits to our Second Amendment rights.
