No reference checks done on company that Colo. paid $72 million before cutting off their work

Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment paid $72 million of Coloradans' tax dollars to Jogan Health, LLC for COVID-19 vaccinations without verifying the legitimacy of the company's work history. Work was halted from Jogan Health amid growing concerns months before their contract was supposed to end in June.
