Ernie Shell gets tased today..

During another, alleged, episode (possibly connected with claims of ptsd), while walking up and down the side of the highway. Ernie Shell seemed to be paranoid, delusional, and somewhat in distress..all while live-streaming the incident. 911 was called, possibly by Mr. Shell and they responded. In fact they may have been out to talk with him earlier prior to this incident. As LE answered the call this time, there was also a private citizen that had pulled over, seemingly who may have known Ernie, to offer him a ride. It appeared that Shell was not interested in speaking further with LE nor the man, and was walking away from them, at which time LE made the choice to use their tasers to subdue him. At which point, the livestream was abruptly ended.
