Acts 3 - Sermon with Pastor Mike Kestler

Acts 3 begins by Peter and John going to the temple to pray. As they had arrived at the temple, a man who was unable to walk approached them begging for money. When the man asked Peter for money, Peter told the man that he had something more valuable to give than silver and gold and that was the power of God through the Spirit. In the name of Jesus, Peter asked the man to stand up and walk and the man did just that. A man who had never been able to walk before was healed and walking on his two feet. In today's sermon, Pastor Mike Kestler teaches us of the early church mission: to be witnesses of Jesus Christ. So far, throughout Acts 1-3, Pastor Mike has focused his attention on teaching us the gift of the Holy Spirit and how to receive it.
