INGREDIENTS -----------------------------------------------

PRETZEL
2 ¼ tsp Instant yeast
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
2 cups bread flour
1 ⅓ cups warm water
3 tbsp butter softened
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt

WATER BATH
3 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp honey
5 cups of water

EGG WASH
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp milk
Large salt flakes for sprinkling
