This protein bar is made from rice Krispies (or a BSN version of them) and has 20 g of protein with an amazing crunchy flavour and texture. The peanut butter crunch is amazing because it's got a nice calm peanut butter flavour paired with the crunchy rice making this a delicious protein bar. I like all of the BSN protein crisp flavors, they are all so good!
