G44 Broken Spacer Sleeve follow-up and Glock Customer Service.

This is a follow-up to the issues that I've had with the broken Spacer sleeve and the resulting customer service from Glock. After an hour and a half on hold with FedEx and I finally got somewhere but is it really a solution? I think not, watch and let me know your thoughts.
