Work Vid: The "funding for low income neighborhoods" myth...

Just a quick video while at work of my thoughts on the argument that these low income neighborhoods need more funding. I disagree, I think we need proof of where the funding that is provided is going. Every dime. Let me know what you think, share and follow me.
